Green Pepper Greenhouse Cultivation Techniques in Winter and Spring

1. Variety selection The varieties in the solar greenhouses in alpine regions must be selected for low-temperature growth, good precocity, low plant development, suitable for close planting, moderate growth potential, strong disease resistance, thick flesh, and high yield varieties. Variety of bell peppers that can be used in production, such as Nongda Greenwood No.1, Sweet No.3, Zhongjiao No.5, etc.; Semi-spicy varieties, such as Nongda Luhua No.22, Zhongjiao No.6, Bulgarian pepper, etc.; Lanterns Slightly spicy varieties such as Nongda Greenwood No.11 and Jinjiao No.3.
2. Cultivation of young seedlings in winter and spring Sunlight greenhouse cultivation is generally large seedlings. The cold regions in the north are mostly cultivated from the beginning of February to the beginning of March. They can be planted in the greenhouse from the beginning of November to the beginning of December. Before the next planting, the seeds are planted in the sun for one day, soaked in warm water for 4 to 5 hours, and then 1% copper sulfate is used. Liquid immersed for 5 minutes, then placed in hot water at 55°C, stirred for 15 minutes, then soaked in 10% trisodium phosphate for 20 minutes, then rinsed, rinsed with clear water, and left open for broadcast. Seedbed should choose higher groundwater, well-drained fertile plots of solanaceous crops. Apply organic fertilizer, phosphorus and potash fertilizers, and make 15-20 cm sorghum after soil preparation. Sprinkle the bottom water; spray 75% of chlorothalonil 500 times again and spread the treated seeds evenly. Cover 0.5 cm of soil first, and then cover the shed, cover the plastic sheet and the shade net. After the seed arches are covered with 0.5 cm soil, the seedlings will emerge in about 5 days, and the seedlings will cover 0.2-0.3 cm soil.
3. Base fertilizer, site preparation and planting (1) Apply base fertilizer. In winter and spring, green peppers have a long harvesting period. To obtain high quality and high yields, sufficient base fertilizers must be applied to require more than 6,000 kilograms of high-quality organic fertilizer per acre. (2) Fine soil preparation. It is best to use small sorghum or small high mulch film covering cultivation, which has a significant effect on early maturation, high yield, and reduced disease occurrence. Especially after mulching, the air humidity in the greenhouse can be significantly reduced, and the fruit setting rate of green peppers can be improved. It is time to fertilize soil as soon as possible. (3) Proper colonization. The greenhouse should be properly planted as early as possible. When planting, the 10 cm soil temperature in the greenhouse should be no less than 10°C, and the minimum night temperature should not be less than 5°C. The density of colonization can not be too large, generally the size of the colonization, large row spacing of 60 cm, a small row spacing of 40 cm, 30 cm spacing, planting 3800 to 4000 points per acre. The density of colonization should also be determined according to the characteristics of the varieties. For varieties with more vigorous growth, greater degree of development, and larger amount of leaves, they can be properly sparse or planted in a single plant; on the contrary, the growth potential is relatively weak and the leaf volume is relatively low. Smaller species can be planted with two plants and densely planted.
4. Strengthen field management (1) Shelter temperature management. After planting to promote slow seedlings, closed greenhouse warming, temperature does not exceed 35 °C without release. To increase the night temperature, grasshoppers can be covered as early as possible. 5 to 6 days of seedlings. Then according to the daytime 25-28 °C, 22-18 °C in the middle of the night, 18-15 °C in the second half of the night to control the temperature. As a result, the temperature during the later days should be 28 to 30°C, but do not exceed 3 hours at 30°C. After entering the spring, the indoor warming is faster. When the outside minimum temperature is above 15°C, pay attention to ventilation. (2) Fertilization management. The result period is a crucial period for topdressing, because a certain amount of basal fertilizer is applied, and no fertilizer is required before the result. When the green pepper grows to 2 to 3 centimeters, it starts to top-dressing and watering. With the water Mu, it recovers 15 kg of urea and 10 kg of potassium sulfate. Every time after picking the second fruit or 3 times for each time to chase a fertilizer, mu recovers 15 kg of urea, 20 kg of diammonium, and 10 kg of potash. During the fruiting period, the foliar dressing was performed every 7 to 10 days, and sodium bisulfite or photosynthetic fertilizer was sprayed. (3) Control of pest and disease management. The main diseases are epidemics, viral diseases, powdery mildew, and soft rot. Can choose to use disease-resistant varieties, or spraying early 70% phosphorus aluminum Mn Zn wet powder 500 times, or 58% metalaxyl MnZn WP 500 times. Pest control pests include aphids, cockroaches, and whitefly, which can be controlled by using 50% anti-inferiority WP 2000 times or 21% killing 5000 times.
5. Strengthen temperature and fertilizer management (1) Temperature management after planting. The initial period of colonization is a mild seedling stage, and a variety of measures of heat preservation and temperature increase shall be adopted in cultivation and management to promote slow seedling growth. Within one week after planting, the temperature in the greenhouse was relatively large. In order to promote the easing of seedlings, the air could not be released. The daytime air temperature was controlled at 30-32°C, 17°C at night, and did not exceed 35°C during the day. In order to increase the greenhouse temperature, various measures such as hanging reflective film, secondary membrane, and inserting arch shed on the plastic film can be adopted. The film can be removed in late May to facilitate ventilation and cooling, and it can be strengthened to manage more summer cultivation. (2) Strengthen the management of fertilizer and water after planting. At the initial stage of colonization, it is necessary to promote control and integration, promote the growth of green pepper roots, promote early fruit setting and more fruit set. "Control" is mainly achieved through water control. Planting water when planting, planting water should not be too large. After 5 to 7 days after planting, the green peppers were sedated and then poured with 1 time of larvae (if the planting water was poured very well, it was covered with mulching film instead of sapling seedlings). When the seedlings are finished, they must pour fruit fertilizer and apply 10 to 15 kg of ammonium sulfate or urea. In the early stage, water can be poured in 10 to 15 days and water can be recovered once every other time. The new vegetable plots must also strengthen fertilizer and water management. Watering should not be flooded.
6. Fruits harvested in time for fresh food should be harvested when the fruit is fully swelled, has been shaped, the flesh is thick, the texture is crisp, the fruit color is dark and shiny, and the taste is pure and fragrant. Generally, the fruit can be harvested 25 to 35 days after flowering. Be careful not to damage stems and leaves. It is best to use scissors for harvesting.
