So, our weekend trip was absolutely fantastic! I didn't throw up once—something that's been happening almost daily lately. Honestly, it felt like a miracle, especially since I’ve been struggling so much with nausea recently. But hey, let’s not talk about that. Instead, I want to share something truly heartwarming.

Sorry for the random segue there. Anyway, the highlight of the day came when my nephew, who’s leaving for the army tomorrow, got down on one knee and proposed to his girlfriend. It was such a sweet moment, and everyone around us couldn’t help but tear up.
Here’s how it went down:

As you can see, they're just adorable together. He must have planned this carefully because the timing couldn’t have been better. When he asked her to marry him, she said yes—can you believe it?

They were both glowing, and honestly, their love story is one for the books. Even my little niece, who was tagging along, seemed to sense the importance of the moment. She sat quietly nearby while the adults cheered.

Afterward, we all celebrated with some snacks and laughter. My pregnant daughter-in-law-to-be even joined us, standing there with her baby bump proudly on display.

And then, as if the day couldn’t get any sweeter, the younger ones ran off to explore the outdoors again. They were determined to find more frogs, completely unaware of what had just transpired.

All in all, it was a perfect day filled with love, laughter, and a touch of chaos. Now, back to reality—still dealing with some morning sickness, but honestly, I wouldn’t trade this pregnancy for anything. Life is messy, but it’s beautiful.
