Deposition of salts such as zinc phosphate causes fouling problems. Increased the flow rate of circulating cooling water, slowed down the fouling rate of the medium-pressure condenser, extended the operating cycle, reduced tons of urea by 2.4 kg, and ultimately reached the goal of reducing the cost of urea.
The main technical performance indicators:
1, ZS-402 static scale inhibition test shows that at a water temperature of 80 °C, PH8.0, time 10 hours, the test method with reference to Sinopec "cooling water treatment test method" (401) "Calcium carbonate deposition test method", the concentration factor of 2 Times, the formula has a good scale inhibition effect; scale inhibition rate of 95% or more.
2. Rotating coupon corrosion test, water temperature 50 °C, type I standard test piece, time 72 hours, test method with reference to Sinopec water quality analysis and test method (403). It can be seen from the test results that the corrosion inhibition effect of the formula on carbon steel and copper has reached the “very good” standard for Sinopec’s evaluation.
3, dynamic simulation test, import water temperature 32O. 5 °C, water flow rate of 0.85m / s, test cycle, pre-film 2 days, 16 days of operation, hot and cold, adhesion speed 1.07mcm, 8.25mcm, corrosion rate 0.0072mm / a、O.0064mm/a, according to Sinopec evaluation standards to achieve a very good, good level.
4, macro-inspection: medium-pressure ammonia cooler?? Medium pressure condenser side is relatively clean, metallic luster, basically no scaling, only a small amount of mechanical impurities; circulating water header?? Medium pressure condenser upper metal luster , Basically no scaling; Slight fouling on the backwater side, grayish white, high hardness, the measured thickness of 0.1mm, high rate of scaling fouling is 0.15mm/year.
