Summer inkjet printer use precautions

Summer inkjet printer use precautions

High temperature weather printer notes

First, the electronic components in the hot summer are more prone to high temperature and heat, which leads to unstable machine !

Because the printer chassis is sealed, although there is an exhaust device inside the machine, it is also a glass of water in the summer. The components we use now have a certain temperature when running on the power, such as the operation of the electronic device. The temperature can not be drained out in time, and the external temperature of the machine is also relatively high. The hot gas will accumulate inside the machine, causing the temperature of the component to rise continuously. The temperature rises, resulting in an increase in the resistance of some components. Long time will affect the service life of components and lead to an increase in the failure rate of the motherboard and power supply. In order to enable our Willida printer to operate stably in hot summer days, I have also listed several suggestions:

1.        For the inside and outside of the machine, in addition to dust once a day, to prevent dust accumulation, resulting in electronic components without good heat dissipation, there will be risks such as excessive temperature!

2.        The machine can be installed in a seat with better ventilation!

3.        The rear door of the machine can be opened during operation to make the internal ventilation better. When not in operation, the door can be closed to prevent dust from entering.

4.        If the condition allows, you can install a fan, open the back door of the machine and blow it against the power supply at the back of the machine to cool down. Remember to not point the fan to the print head, so as not to affect the printing effect!

two, When the summer comes, the machine is prone to blockages and the nozzles are prone to ink flow, and the recycler is bubbling!

Because the internal pipe of the printer is completely sealed, the nozzle is exposed to the air, because our printer is a fast-drying ink. In the summer, the internal thinner component of the ink evaporates faster and sticks to the nozzle. Therefore, the nozzle is not turned on smoothly the next day, and the ink flow at the nozzle is extremely likely to be internally doped with a part of the air when the ink line is sucked back from the pressure measuring tube end by the vacuum generator when the ink is stopped. When the ink pump stops, the suction of the vacuum generator disappears, and our pipeline is sealed. The air return can only flow out from the nozzle, causing the ink to flow out. The recycler is also the same as the machine in the ink stop process. In the middle, a part of the air will be sucked into the recovery hole. When the machine stops the ink and stops the air returning from the recycler, causing bubbling, in order to alleviate such phenomena, I have listed several countermeasures:

1. Place the machine as far as possible below the nozzle! The principle of liquid flow down allows the ink to flow back into the ink tank with its own weight.

2. Do not wrap the nozzle throat around the nozzle holder as much as possible to prevent the reflow effect.

3. The nozzle can be turned up each time it is stopped.

4.   If the nozzle is raised for a long time, the nozzle can be raised to the top of the nozzle bar, and the nozzle will be inverted .
