Recently, the “Industrialization of Automatic Peanut Combine Harvester” project submitted by the relevant departments of Qingdao Pingdu City and Qingdao Hongsheng Auto Parts Co., Ltd. was included in the National Agricultural Science and Technology Achievements Transformation Fund and received support of 500,000 yuan.

In recent years, the relevant departments of Pingdu City have been concerned about the problem of unsatisfactory fruit removal, low production efficiency, harvested peanuts and many peanuts and stems and leaves, and actively guide enterprises to carry out technological innovation. Through joint research with Harbin Institute of Technology and Qingdao Agricultural University, the company has achieved breakthrough innovation in the four systems of picking, clearing, transporting and walking. It completely solves the problem of high power consumption due to the development of peanut roots and the lodging of peanuts. It is not thorough, it is easy to block when transported to the fruit picking system, and the picking fruit is not clean, the cleaning effect is poor, and the work efficiency is low. The successful development of the machine completely changed the traditional harvesting mode of peanuts and realized the mechanized operation of peanut harvesting. It not only has significant revolutionary significance for improving peanut harvesting efficiency, saving manpower and reducing labor intensity, but also promoting the precision of agricultural production. The development of facilities, information and scale will accelerate the enhancement of the competitiveness of China's agricultural machinery industry. At present, the project has applied for 9 patents and 5 authorizations. It has passed the agricultural machinery promotion and appraisal of Shandong Agricultural Machinery Management Office and is included in the Shandong Agricultural Machinery Promotion Subsidy Catalogue. At this stage, the company is taking the time to organize production to meet farmers' peanut harvesting needs.
