Disinfection can prevent secondary pollution of wet powder products

Wet flour-making products are traditional foods in China. They are mainly made of wheat flour, rice and starch, including rice cake, glutinous rice balls, pearl milk tea powder round, river powder, suede and burned skin.

In the second quarter of 2011 , the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision organized relevant quality inspection agencies to conduct special supervision and spot checks on wet powder products in the production field in Shanghai. The inspection items include: moisture, acidity, lead, inorganic arsenic, cadmium, total mercury, aflatoxin B1, total bacteria, coliform colonies, Salmonella, Shigella, Staphylococcus aureus, mold count, pH, sorbitol and 1,2-propylene glycol. This time, a total of 7 batches of products were randomly selected , and the pass rate was 71.4% . The quality of the products was worrying. (September 5 China Quality News Network)

It is understood that the microbial contamination of the main raw materials such as wheat flour, rice and starch is also an important factor in the unqualified wet flour products.

During the production, processing and storage of wheat flour, rice, starch and other raw materials, disinfection and sterilization are not up to standard, which is likely to cause microbial contamination. Taking wheat flour as an example, wheat flour contains rich nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins, inorganic salts, etc., which provides good nutrient conditions for the reproduction and metabolism of microorganisms. Once the conditions are suitable, the microorganisms grow and multiply, causing fever and mildew of wheat flour. Even mycotoxins are produced, which not only causes waste, reduces nutritional value, causes huge economic losses, but also reduces food safety.

Therefore, the problem of air pollution in the production and processing links and storage rooms can be completely solved to ensure that raw materials are not polluted. It is understood that a new type of air disinfection method - NICOLER dynamic disinfection technology to make up for the production safety weakness of the human-machine asynchronous, once entered the market, is loved and favored by various food companies.

NICOLER dynamic disinfection technology uses the latest NICOLER generation chamber to form a three-stage two-way plasma electrostatic field sterilization principle, which can completely kill mold, bacteria and employees' own bacteria in the air under the condition of personnel work ( Metabolism) keeps the controlled environment at the “sterile and dust free” standard. It has been proved by practice that the food produced in a sterile and dust-free environment can prevent problems such as mildew of food and secondary pollution of microorganisms.

At present, this technology has been widely used in cooling, filling, production and storage workshops of food companies. It is not only suitable for disinfection and sterilization of production workshops and storage rooms of wheat flour and other raw materials, but also for sterilization and sterilization during processing and filling of warm powder products.
