Monitoring function realized by the automatic control system of the plate sterilization machine
In the programmable controller of the plate sterilization machine, the output signals of each temperature zone are linked with the water pump, that is, the pneumatic diaphragm valve can perform automatic adjustment only when the water pump works and the relay is closed, otherwise the regulating valve will automatically close. In addition, for the sterilization constant temperature zone and the highest temperature zone, if a certain part of the production line fails, the bottle conveying mechanism stops working, and the system will automatically adjust the temperature setting value according to the length of the downtime to ensure the sterilization quality.
