Check valve overview

Check valve : Check valve, also known as check valve or check valve, is used to prevent backflow of media in the pipeline. The bottom valve of the water pump suction is also a check valve .
The valve of the opening and closing member is opened or closed by the flow of the medium and the force to prevent the back flow of the medium from being called a check valve . Check valves are automatic valves, mainly used on pipes with one-way flow of media, allowing only the media to flow in one direction to prevent accidents.


The check valve is divided into structures according to the structure, and can be divided into three types: a lift check valve, a swing check valve and a butterfly check valve. Lift check valves can be divided into vertical check valves and horizontal check valves . The swing check valve is divided into a single- valve check valve , a double- valve check valve and a multi- valve check valve . The butterfly check valve is a straight-through check valve . The above-mentioned check valves can be divided into three types: a threaded check valve , a flanged check valve and a welded check valve .
The installation of the check valve should pay attention to the following: 1. Do not allow the check valve to bear the weight in the pipeline. The large check valve should be independently supported so as not to be affected by the pressure generated by the piping system. 2. When installing, pay attention to the direction of the medium flow should be consistent with the direction of the arrow in the valve body. 3. The lifting vertical flap check valve should be installed on the vertical pipe. 4. The lift horizontal flap check valve should be installed on the horizontal pipe.

Different materials are used, and the check valves can be applied to various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing medium and urea.

Sunson Desizing Enzyme is designed for for textile desizing process. Desizing enzyme is a compound composed by amylase produced by microbial fermentation and other effective substances. It can be used in textile industry to decompose the starch in fabric pulp into short chain dextrin and oligosaccharide, so that the starch can be easily removed in the latter process. Currently, there are two kinds of amylase used for desizing: high temperature resistant Alpha Amylase and medium temperature amylase.

Desizing enzyme's characteristics: high efficiency, suitable for high temperature, fast desizing speed, desizing rate can reach 90% to 95%. The fabric is soft, plump, smooth, bright staining  after desizing. Desizing and fixation can treated in the same bath treatment. It can shorten the process flow and improve labor productivity. 

Conzyme DD365L is liquid alpha amylase preparation. It is specially developed for textile desizing process, which can completely remove the starch based sizes in wide temperature condition.

Conzyme LTAA3L is liquid and low temperature alpha amylase preparation. It is specially developed for textile desizing process, which can completely remove the starch based sizes in wide temperature condition.

This product should be stored in a cool and dry place in sealed container, avoiding insolation, high temperature and damp.  The product has been formulated for optimal stability. Extended storage or adverse conditions such as higher temperature or higher humidity may lead to a higher dosage requirement.

Enzyme preparations belong to protein, which may induce sensitization and cause anaphylaxis in sensitized individuals. Long-term exposure may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or nasal mucosa, so any direct contiguity with human body should be avoided. If irritation or allergic response for skin or eyes develops, consult a doctor.
