Biogas pigs grow faster

Biogas slurry is not only a good fertilizer but also can be used as an additive for pigs. As the biogas slurry contains many substances that are beneficial to pig growth, such as amino acids, zinc, iron, copper, and vitamins, it is a very good feed additive. It has been estimated that the appropriate addition of biogas slurry to conventional feeds can increase pigs’ average weight gain by more than 15%, and it can also significantly reduce the incidence of epidemics. The use of biogas slurry to feed pigs is simple and safe to use. The specific methods are as follows: Piglet stage (body weight less than 25 kg), after routine prevention, insect repellent, stomachic, castration (ie, castration), start small amounts in the feed Biogas slurry is used to cultivate palatability of piglets; after about 10 days, it can be fed 4 times a day, 0.5 kg each time. Shelf stage (weight 25-50 kg), at this time the pig's bones develop rapidly and the amount of biogas slurry should increase accordingly. Generally 3 to 4 times a day, each 0.75 to 1 kg, such as adding a small amount of bone meal, fish meal in the feed, gain weight is more obvious. During the fattening stage (weight 50 to 100 kg), pigs were fully developed during this period and the amount of biogas slurry was increased to 1 to 1.5 kg each time, 3 times a day. When the pig weighs more than 100 kg, the weight gain rate will decrease. This stage can be added at a rate of 1.5 to 2 kilograms of biogas slurry each time, 3 times a day. Adding biogas slurry to feed pigs should pay attention to the following issues: Sick, non-producing or biodegradable biogas fluids are prohibited from feeding pigs. The biogas digester newly built or refueled must be used normally for 1 month before it can be used to feed the biogas slurry to the pigs. The biogas slurry is best extracted from the middle of the discharge chamber. After the biogas slurry is taken out, the ammonia gas should be allowed to evaporate, and it is usually left for about half an hour before feeding. Biogas slurry is only an additive and cannot be used as a substitute for conventional feeds. Only on the basis of satisfying the requirements of the pig's diet, the addition of biogas slurry can show the effect. In the process of feeding with biogas slurry, if the pig has symptoms of diarrhea, it should immediately stop feeding, and after the symptoms disappear, resume the biogas slurry feeding.
