3, if the chain is too loose, you can first take a few ways to remove the adjustment, if it has been seriously elongated, it should be replaced. When adjusting and replacing the chain, pay attention to the following: The installation direction of the spring card at the chain joint should be consistent with the running direction of the chain, so as to avoid impact, beating or even falling off during operation.

4. Remove and wash all rolling bearings and add new grease. Use calcium sodium grease.

5. Check whether the stove is leaking smoke. If any smoke is found, check the drum stop ring, stove and chimney, and find that the damage should be promptly repaired and replaced. Electric heating machine type should check whether there is any damage to the electric heating pipe, and if it is damaged, it should be replaced.

6. After the parts are repaired, the machine will be assembled and turned on to see if the machine is running normally. Heat the drum properly and put a small amount of oil for frying tea to melt it over the inner surface of the drum and then cut off all power. If necessary, the exterior of the machine can be sprayed with paint, dried, covered with plastic paper, and stored in a dry place.
