Perennial cultivation of pea sprouts

The edible parts of pea sprouts are tender shoots and young leaves. Its nutritious, fragrant, tender, smooth and palatable appearance is a kind of vegetable with high economic benefits and wide development prospects. Its annual cultivation method is as follows:

1. Selection of land. Pea seedlings are deeper, more tolerant to drought and less tolerant to moisture. Appropriate to choose the past 3 to 4 years without planting leguminous crops, high topography, drainage and irrigation facilities, fertile, loose, neutral to slightly alkaline soil cultivation.

2. timely sowing. Pea seedlings are resistant to cold and heat, and the optimum seed germination temperature is 18 to 20°C. In addition to summer, it can be cultivated all year round. In the early spring in the southern region from March to March and from September to October, sowing can be done in the warm area from the end of October to the following January.

3. Seeding and transplanting. Per 667 m2 of grounded manure 1500 kg, superphosphate 30 kg, potassium chloride 10 kg as base fertilizer, recultivated land, for a 1.5m wide compartment. Then hit the hole in the car, spacing 5 ~ 25cm, spacing 40 ~ 50cm. The use of on-demand, sowing 5 to 6 seeds per hole, with 10 to 12 kg per 667 square meters, when the seedling height 8 ~ 10cm, 2 ~ 4 true leaves when transplanted.

4. Strengthen management. 1 top dressing. Top dressing is mainly available nitrogen fertilizer, applied 2 times before harvesting, and top dressing 1 time after each harvest. 2 watering. Pea seedlings avoid boiled water, should pay attention to drain drainage to prevent rot. Long drought should be watered to keep the soil moist. 3 cultivators. During the seedling stage, we should cultivate lightly, properly cultivate the soil after the rain and fertilization, remove the weeds, and pay attention to the introduction of vines to prevent them from growing to the sulcus to avoid injury during field operations. 4 disease prevention and control. The common diseases of pea seedlings include powdery mildew, maculopathy and yellow top disease. They can be treated with 70% thiophanate-methyl 1200-fold, or 50% carbendazim 1000-fold, or 70% chlorothalonil 800-fold spray.

5. Sorted harvest. 30 to 50 days after sowing, when the seedling height is 16 to 20 cm, the young shoots are picked. The young shoots in the upper part are taken together with 1 to 2 unexpanded young leaves, and harvested once every 15 to 20 days. Generally, they can be harvested. Receive 6 to 10 times.
