Article 1 These Measures are formulated for the purpose of carrying out the principle of prevention and implementation of the “Food Hygiene Law of the People's Republic of China (for Trial Implementation)”, strengthening the management of food hygiene, improving the hygienic quality of edible fungi, and ensuring the health of the people.

Article 2 The management scope of the present Measures refers to fresh and dried edible fungi and their products such as mushrooms, mushrooms, straw mushrooms, fungus, white fungus, chicken (soil from), and hericium.

Article 3 For the prevention and control of diseases and insect pests, pesticides can only be used in mushroom houses when they are sterilized by insecticides. The use of drugs such as 1605, 1059, 666, DDT, mercury preparations, arsenic preparations and other high residue or highly toxic pesticides is strictly prohibited.

Article 4 The materials used for cultivating edible fungi shall be submitted to the local food sanitation supervision department for review and compliance with hygienic requirements before they can be produced and sold.

Article 5 Edible fungus products and additives used shall comply with the current Hygienic Standards for the Use of Food Additives. Water for raw materials should comply with the current "Sanitation Standards for Drinking Water".

Article 6 The purchasing and selling department of edible fungus must strengthen the propaganda of the identification knowledge of germs and bacteria, establish a quality inspection system, be responsible for special personnel for edible fungi, classify and acquire, strictly inspect, prevent the mixing of germs, and is strictly prohibited. Doping.

Article 7 The packaging, storage and transportation of edible fungi must comply with sanitary requirements. It is forbidden to use containers packed with pesticides, chemical fertilizers and other toxic substances, and it is prohibited to mix and transport pesticides, fertilizers, Chinese herbal medicines and other sundries.

Article 8 In order to strengthen the management of food hygiene, the food hygiene supervision agency may, in accordance with the need, apply to the production, sales, etc. units according to the formalities for free sample inspection and give an official receipt.
