The Opinions emphasized that the supervision and inspection of essential medicines should be strengthened, the price of essential medicines should be paid close attention, the filing system for winning bids by basic pharmaceutical manufacturers should be established, the inspection methods should be innovated, the supervision and inspection of essential medicines should be carried out effectively, and the cooperation mechanism for supervision and inspection of essential medicines must be explored. The "Opinions" pointed out that it is necessary to further clarify the basic drug supervision and management responsibilities and implement the supervision responsibility.
