According to foreign studies, even in the absence of molybdenum, peanuts can continue to flower, but growth is inhibited. Applying molybdenum fertilizer on molybdenum-deficient soil can increase peanut production by 11.93%.

Application method: First, as base fertilizer. At the time of site preparation, 50-100 grams of ammonium molybdate was mixed with superphosphate, and the second was for seed fertilizer. Before sowing, soaking with 0.1~0.2% ammonium molybdate solution for 3~5 hours, or dressing with ammonium molybdate according to 0.2~0.3% of seed amount; third, spraying outside the root. At the seedling and flowering stages of peanuts, they were sprayed with 0.1-0.2% ammonium molybdate solution.
