principle

The test solution is added to the sample well on the test paper card, and the β-lactam antibiotic in the test solution is combined with the gold standard antibody on the colloidal gold pad to form a complex, if the concentration of the β-lactam antibiotic in the test solution is less than 4 ng/ When the unbound gold-labeled antibody flows to the T region, the β-lactam antibiotic-BAS conjugate immobilized on the membrane binds and gradually aggregates into a visible T line; if the β-lactam antibiotic concentration Above 4 ng/mL, the gold-labeled antibodies all form a complex and will no longer bind to the β-lactam antibiotic-BAS conjugate at the T line, thus showing no T-line. The unfixed composite stream is captured by the secondary antibody of the C region through the T region to form a visible C line. The appearance of the C line indicates that immunochromatography occurs, that is, the test paper is effective.

Precautions

4. The sample does not need to be stored in the refrigerator and stored at room temperature.
5. Do not use drinking water, tap water, pure water, milk powder, etc. as a negative control, it is best to use clear negative fresh milk as a control; penicillin decomposing enzymes interfere with the results.
Conservation and stability
Store in a cool and dry place at 4-30 °C. Do not freeze, avoid direct sunlight, and have a shelf life of 18 months.
Test procedure
1. Place the collected milk sample number in a room temperature (20 ° C - 30 ° C). (low temperature milk should be placed at room temperature before testing)
2. Shake the milk, Pipette 1 mL into the Centrifuge Tube, and centrifuge at 7000 rpm for 3-4 minutes to separate the fat layer.
3. Pass the fat layer through the straw and accurately absorb the liquid (ie skim milk) from the 5 mm below the fat layer to the pipette mark position.
4. Remove the required number of small cups from the microplate, remove the sealing film from the cup and attach to the holder.
5. All the skimmed milk sucked from the straw is dripped into the reaction cuvette, and then repeatedly sucked and released by another straw until the red substance in the cuvette is completely dissolved and mixed uniformly, and wait for about 1 minute to obtain Sample to be tested.
* Note : The sensitivity of this product is positively correlated with the waiting time after mixing (not more than 3 minutes). To increase the sensitivity, the waiting time (reaction time) after mixing can be extended appropriately. It is recommended to wait for 1-2 minutes.
6. Remove the test strip, draw the sample to be tested with a dropper, and add 3 drops to the well. 5 minutes to interpret the results. The result is invalid after 10 minutes.
Explanation of results
Negative: C-line coloration, T-line visible to the naked eye, regardless of the color depth is judged negative.
Positive: C line color, T line does not color, was judged positive.
Invalid: The C line does not develop color, and the test paper is judged to be invalid regardless of whether the T line is colored or not.
