First, use

2. This machine is not suitable for mixing liquids or materials with excessive viscosity.
 
Second, structural characteristics

Third, the construction description
1, stirring reducer

2, mixing tank

The reversing reducer is used to control the positioning angle of the mixing tank. It is located on the left side of the machine. During operation, the motor in the frame passes the V-belt drive worm and worm wheel to drive the mixing tank to rotate within a certain angle range, so that the mixture can be mixed once. Pour out.
4, the base and motor device
The base is a whole structure, and the motor is mounted on the movable plate on both sides of the base. The upper and lower sides of the motor can be adjusted by the screw to make the V-belt get a certain tightness and maintain the transmission force.
5, electrical control box
The control box controls the movement of the machine. It is located outside the right side of the machine. The transmission of the mixing tank can be used to “up” and “down” the mixing tank. Note that the two cannot be simultaneously smashed.
 
Fourth, the machine parts lubrication
The lubrication of the reducer is oil-immersed, and the oil storage must be maintained on the oil mark line. The oil quality must be kept clean. If it is used frequently, it must be changed every three months. When replacing, the gear unit should be removed and cleaned, and new oil should be added.
 
Five, instructions for use and precautions
1. Before use, perform a dry run test. Before the test, check the firmness of all the connecting parts of the machine, the amount of lubricating oil in the reducer and the integrity of the electrical equipment, then close the main switch and open the power supply. Empty running test.

5, the use of load should not be too large, generally measured by the load of the motor, with 380V motor in the heavy-duty current when mixing, no more than 6 amps is normal, if the load should be reduced immediately to reduce the mixing capacity.
6. The shaft seals at both ends of the mixing paddle should be kept clean to avoid blackening and deterioration of the material. The square holes at the two ends of the mixing tank should be open, and should not be blocked, so as to prevent back pressure and allow dirt to penetrate. The shaft center makes the material in the tank black and deteriorate.
7. Managers must be familiar with the technical performance, internal structure, and control structure of the machine. Do not leave the work site during operation to prevent damage to the machine parts, so as to ensure safe production.
 
Six, maintenance instructions
1. Regularly inspect the machine parts 1-2 times a month. Check whether the movable parts such as the worm gear, the worm, the bearing and the shaft seal are flexible and wearable. The defects should be repaired in time for normal use.
2. Electrical control parts should be kept clean and sensitive, and faults should be repaired in time.
3. When using once or stopping work, the remaining materials should be taken out and the residual powder in each part of the machine should be brushed. If the deactivation time is long, the machine must be wiped clean and covered with a tarpaulin.
4. When the paddle is assembled and disassembled, it should be lightly disassembled, stabilized and placed gently to avoid deformation damage.
 
Seven, installation instructions
1. This machine is packaged as a whole. After unpacking, move it to the appropriate place of use. After the pad is leveled, it can be used. If the position is fixed, the anchor screw can be added.
