The new technology of straw mushroom cultivation

Straw is used as a raw material for the production of straw mushrooms, and the yield is unstable and of poor quality. The use of rapeseed as a raw material to cultivate straw mushroom can not only make up for the above shortcomings, but also has the advantages of high yield, fast fruiting, short cycle, and few bacteria. The cultivation techniques are as follows: I. Cultivation methods: Cultivation bed 37 cm wide, 47 cm deep, 3 to 5 m long, 30 cm spacing between bed and bed, 15 cm thick soil around the bed (disinfection first ), bed cover fine soil, thickness of 3 to 5 cm. Second, the preparation of culture materials: The fresh rapeseed shell sun 3 ~ 4 days, and then according to the following formula ingredients: 90% rapeseed shell, lime 3%, 5% of plant ash, wheat bran 2%. After adding good material, add 20 grams of dichlorvos and 50 grams of carbendazim per 50 kg of culture material, and then mix and add water to make the water content reach 20%. Third, the cultivation of material sowing: seeding sowing method. The first layer of the bed occupies 50% of the culture material, the second layer and the third layer account for 30% and 20% of the culture material respectively, and the middle layer of the seed layer. After the sowing is completed, the culture material is properly compacted, covered with a layer of fine soil, and earthed around the bed, and then covered with a layer of sterilized newspaper on the surface of the bed, and finally covered with a film. Two days after sowing, if the temperature in the film rises to 30°C to 35°C, no management is required; if the temperature reaches 40°C, the film needs to be removed and the temperature is lowered; if the temperature is less than 30°C, heating is required. Fourth, fruiting management: 4 days after sowing can be covered with mycelium bed surface, to remove newspapers to increase the scattering of light, to enhance ventilation (3 times a day ventilation), but also pay attention to increase the temperature. After 5 to 6 days, mushroom buds emerged and the film was peeled off. Each morning and evening, water mist was sprayed on the bed and in the air, respectively, so that the air humidity was 35%. As the fruiting body grows, it is necessary to increase the number of water sprays. The first crop was harvested after 8 days, then the bed was cleaned and 2% lime solution was sprayed on the bed. After spraying dichlorvos and carbendazim on the south side of the bed and ventilating for half a day, the film was covered again. After the management is introduced in the same way as the previous one, it can receive 3 mushrooms.
